Corn & Black Edible bean Salsa
- 2 (15 oz) cans of black beans, tuckered and rinsed
- ane (15 oz) can while kernel corn, drained
- ½ an onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- salt, pepper, & lime juice to taste
- 1 avocado, chopped
- In a medium bowl, combine black beans, corn, onion, bong peper, and tomatoes.
- Season with a picayune salt, pepper, and lime juice; mix well.
